Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind on purchases.
However, if you have a problem with the fit of your Clotes
or believe that the Clotes
is faulty in any way, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will aim to rectify this as best we can.
If your Clotes
arrives and it is the incorrect size, please contact us via email as soon as possible to arrange a return and replacement.
CLO will not cover the cost of the return postage - this is up to you. Your replacement Clotes
will only be sent to you once we receive the return Clotes
, unworn and in its original condition.
